1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Pagoramp Inc., a Delaware corporation with a registered address at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808 ("Pagoramp," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit this website, sign up as a merchant, or use the Pagoramp dashboard and API.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), and business details you provide during sign-up and KYB.
  • Verification data: business registration documents, beneficial-owner identity documents, and selfies submitted for KYB, used solely to verify your business and comply with our sponsor banks' regulatory obligations.
  • Transaction data: amounts, currencies, timestamps, and the payment method used for transactions processed through your account, along with your customers' name and email as provided at checkout.
  • Usage data: log data, device/browser information, and analytics collected via cookies and similar technologies when you visit this website or use the dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use this data to operate the Pagoramp platform: creating and securing your account, underwriting and verifying your business, processing and settling transactions, detecting fraud and chargebacks, providing customer support, and complying with our own legal and regulatory obligations (including those imposed by our sponsor banks and processors). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who We Share Data With

  • Our sponsor banks, acquiring processors, and payment gateway partners, to the extent needed to process a transaction or verify your business.
  • Service providers who help us run the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law or a valid legal process.
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to the data transferred.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, verification, and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax, and regulatory record-keeping obligations (commonly 5-7 years for financial records), after which it's deleted or anonymized.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication on your account.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights; we may need to retain some data to meet our own legal obligations even after a deletion request.

8. Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics (see our Google Tag Manager integration). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.

9. International Transfers

Pagoramp is based in the United States and works with partners in multiple countries. Your data may be processed outside the country where you or your customers are located; we take steps to ensure it's protected consistent with this Policy wherever it's processed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the dashboard or by email before they take effect.
